Just got my digital prints from my cruise back from the Photo Lab. I don’t remember if I posted what happened the other day, but I brought my CF card to Wal-Mart to develop them there (and to say hi to my coworkers) and their machine couldn’t read the 256MB CF card. (Imagine if I had only my 1GB card!)
Anyways.. I brought the film to the local photo lab… where I usually go for film developing… The prints came out pretty good. I joined their “club” so I got 30 of them for free and only have to pay $0.25 per print. Gloss or Matte…
I had 95 pictures printed and picked out 72 of them (because thats what the Carnival Cruise photo album I picked up holds 😉
It took about a half hour to sort them and decide who made the cut and who didn’t 😉
It came out good. Next time you come over my place, I can bore you with pictures from my trip 🙂
I’ve been taking my compactflash card to eckerd to get developed. So far I’ve had good luck with them. I love not wasting money when I go to get printouts form the card. No more wasted rolls of film, no need to develop unfavorable prints, the whole 9. Last time I went I only got one picture developed and got two copies of it. Yeah, I sound cheap now 😛

I go to the CVS by my house with my Memory Stick. The first time I was there, the guy put in the unlock code for the machine so clearly and blatently, that I made sure to remember it. Now when I use the machine, I go through the whole process, get my prints and then just head on over to the register and pay. No more waiting for some guy to come over and put in the password whenever he gets a chance. I’m honest though and wouldn’t just walk out with my pictures.
I wanna see the album tomorrow (well today by the time you see this…LoL)…you never bore me. 🙂
