Interesting situation today. As some of you know, I am working in a call-center environment. And it was just a matter of time before I recieved a call from someone I knew. Now, Seeing that I’m still in training, I decided not to comment and proceeded with my cal in a professional manner. Wouldn’t it be my luck, the caller was irate about something. I wanted to say ,”[anonymous], It’s Jason. Just shut up and i’ll take care of this” lol but I’d probbaly get fired on the spot if a supervisor heard me say that!
So I took care of my friend, as I would any other customer is his position. I did him right too, though he may never know it. lol
and if you do read this, and realize who you are… I hope you feel satisfied that I did you right, because I could have done you much worse and been within my guidelines 🙂
