Quite a bit P.O.’d at Dell again… I got the new laptop, but I’ve had two problems with it so far. One, the video doesn’t render properly, and two, the wifi card died.
Now, I’ve been emailing Dell Support for a week and they keep changing their mind about what I should do to fix the video problem. One email asked for information to schedule a service call, the next told me to reinstall windows.
Then with the WiFi card, they didn’t include the company name where I requested it be sent and UPS didn’t deliver it cuz they didn’t recognize the name??? (Maybe I’m pissed at UPS for that one, I don’t know.)
